{ welcome to arizona }

The Leaders Path Institute™ is held in in beautiful Elgin, AZ.

Elgin is located and six miles southeast of Sonoita. Elgin is most famous for the wineries and movies. Films shot here include Oklahoma, Red River, Tombstone, and countless other television and theatrical films.

Sonoita is located at the crossroads of US Highways 82 and 83, 45 miles southeast of Tucson. We are surrounded by rolling, grass-covered hills and enjoy wonderful blue skies and wide-open spaces. Terrain here is rolling grasslands and cienegas. Sonoita lies in a wide valley surrounded by mountains. Oak and pine forests are found in the higher elevations. The arroyos found across the cienega may have occasional flash floods during the monsoon season.

We are out in the country. The total population is about 2300 between the towns of Sonoita and Elgin. Personally I think that includes the cattle. To give you an idea of nearest city/towns: Tucson is 50 miles northwest; Nogales is 30 miles southwest; and Sierra Vista is 35 miles to the southeast; Mexico is accessible through the border crossing in Nogales.
