Our process is designed to help you achieve lasting professional growth and change through introspection, learning, and adapting. The Leaders Path coaches work with leaders and managers at all levels to help them become as successful as possible. Our goal is to work closely with people to define what they need and want to achieve. We will work on the following basics during the Leaders Path process that lead to meaningful individual and professional change:
Acceptance – accept the situation and meet it as a challenge
Analyze – assess and get all the facts and feelings; get to know the situation
Define – identify the main issues; conceptualize and clarify the major goals
Options – generate options for achieving the essential goals; search out all the ways of getting there
Select – choose from the options; relate your goals to the possible ways of getting there
Action Plan – the road map to success; includes steps, measures, and milestones
Implement – act on the selected best ways
Evaluate – determine the effects or consequences and the degree of progress of your development plan
