The following is a list of some of the assessments we use. Since we tailor the program to meet individual needs and interests, not all of the assessments will be utilized for every individual.

BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory - EQ-iTM™

Based on more than 20 years of research by Dr. Reuven BarOn and tested on over 33,000 individuals worldwide, the EQ-i is a scientifically developed and validated measure of emotional intelligence.

The results of ongoing research suggest that emotional intelligence is a more accurate predictor of ‘success’ than the more traditional measures of IQ.

FIRO-B®

The FIRO-B® instrument identifies how people tend to behave toward others and how the person wants them to behave toward them. The FIRO-B results can help a person increase their self-understanding in a number of important areas, including how they handle interpersonal relationships and their own social needs, how others perceive them, and how they see others.

The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI)

The TKI is the world’s best-selling instrument for conflict resolution. The inventory identifies a person’s preferred conflict-handling style and provides detailed information about how he or she can use the five styles effectively.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Form Q & Step II Report

After more than 50 years, the MBTI instrument continues to be the most trusted and widely used assessment in the world. More than 2 million assessments are administered to individuals — including employees of many Fortune 500 companies — annually in the United States alone. The MBTI will help you understand individual differences and uncover new ways to work and interact with others.

The MBTI helps improve individual and team performance, nurture and retain top talent, develop leadership at every level of an organization, reduce workplace conflict, and explore the world of work.

The Leadership Report

This report will help you explore and expand your leadership style and how others might perceive and react to it. The information in this report is based on responses to both the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior (FIRO-B®) and MBTI® instruments.

Both instruments tap into key aspects of personality and behavior in areas such as communication, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal relations. Together, they complement each other and provide rich information of use in a personal, ongoing leadership development program.

Critical Aspects of Successful Talent (CAST©) – Self

CAST™ was developed from data generated by more than 20 years of experience with our clients and research on performance competencies. We focused on the critical attributes of success or “know how” in a variety of positions. CAST is used to establish baseline performance competencies. What this means is that the competency identified actually predicts success in the situation on the job.

CPI-260™

Building on the exceptional 50-year history, validity, and reliability of the California Psychological Inventory™ (CPI™), the CPI 260™ opens a new window into people's strengths and opportunities for development. It offers a vibrant portrait of the individual as seen through the eyes of others.

The CPI-260™’s carefully selected items measure more than two dozen scales in five areas and suggest targets for further development in interpersonal behavior, social and personal values, cognitive needs and performance, and personal and work-related characteristics.

You will receive feedback from your facilitators regarding these assessments as well as individual interpretive reports.
